How can I tune up my dirtbike?
Filed Under BecomeAppsDBA | 3 Comments
I have a 1992 Honda 250 xr dirtbike. I have recently crashed it and there was some damage done to the exhaust that i had to weld. the compression feels very low when i try and kick start it and it is very hard to get it started unless i push start it. there is no more cracks in the exhaust pipe, but it is noticeably louder and has much less power than it did before i crashed. what can i do for better performance?

Restoring Outlook?
Filed Under BecomeAppsDBA | 1 Comment
I’m using W2000 and MS Outlook 2002. I used to store mostly events and notes in Outlook. I just renamed and stored default outlook.pst (outlook database) to D: drive to avoid loss of data when we restore or reinstall windows. But once, when i reinstalled windows, i could not open that old outlook file. It throws some error. What is the procedure to open this file or is there any possibility to backup these outlook files to avoid loss of data as in my case.
Each time when i reinstall windows i had to start from zero in outlook, this is my problem, can anyone come up with solutions please…….

The employer has given me an interview. i worked for Microsoft Seattle as a software tester, but this job requires also database administration, PC hardware support, backups, software support. I don’t have a MCSE, or Oracle. PLUS I have been in australia for a few years and pending spouse visa grant was prohibited from working in australia for three years. I am dying to get back into IT but it has been years and this is one of the first interviews i have had apart from manual process work. any suggestions? I have no idea why they are interviewing me but want to give it my best shot, eg havn’t got the qualifications they want but demonstrate some knowledge sufficient to get me in the door.l

Slow Gaming Performance on desktop PC?
i play pc games and they are good with hardly any sticking however since i took my old hard drive full of games out and put a new better one in, games have been too slow when they is a lot of people and movement. nothing but the game is running.
old hard drive was 40gb pata ultra 133 2mb cache 7200rpm
new hard drive SATA 500GB 32MB Cache 7200rpm
my new hard drive transfer rate acording to hd tune benchmark is a 100mb/s and read time of 12.4. Is lower better?
is this a fast enough transfer rate for a SATA drive or is it running slow due to a problem or something. ive tried to fix this for 5 months and still i cant find help.
powercolor hd3850 agp overclocked and still at cool temperature
core from 669mhz to 740mhz
memory GDDR3 from 829mhz to 950mhz
VX550W Corsair PSU with 41amps single 12v rail
ASUS P5S800VM MB
pata 60gb (windows)
sata 500gb (games)
40gb pata was the one that ran better with games installed on it along side the other pata.
3.8GHZ P4 HT with good cooler and lots of fancy copper pipes, looks good, powerful prosecor! i no its not a dual core but games play good with it, games that have even need a duo core 2.8ghz the P4 has managed perfectly!
2GB Memory with Coolers
Is my sata wrongly configured or something? It has to be my hard drive!
please please help me.
